The AIDS memorial quilt in the US has grown so large it  now covers 1.3 million square feet making it impossible to display all at once, but thanks to a joint project between Microsoft Research, The University of Southern California and a group of other organisations, you can view the quilt in it’s entirety.
Bing technology has allowed the collaborators to create a zoomable map of the quilt online.
Established 25 years ago, the quilt was a way for the families and friends of those who had died from AIDS-related illness to remember their loved ones.
It’s the world’s biggest quilt art project.
The online quilt also has an interactive timeline that shows the evolution of the quilt and the disease over the years.
