Congratulations go out to Jesse Tyler Ferguson!
The “Modern Family” star married his longtime love Justin Mikita in New York City on Saturday (July 20), Ferguson’s rep confirms to People, adding that playwright and screenwriter Tony Kushner officiated the ceremony. The Emmy nominee, 37, who plays lawyer Mitchell Pritchett on the hit ABC comedy, got engaged to real-life lawyer Mikita, 27, in Mexico last year after nearly two years of dating.
According to Us Weekly, the pair had over 200 guests at their reception, including Ferguson’s co-stars Julie Bowen, Ty Burell and Eric Stonestreet, as well as pals Jerry O’ Connell, Rebecca Romijn, Zachary Quinto, Isaac Mizrahi, Arnold Germer, Nigel Barker, Cat Deely, Mary Murphy, Tyce Diorio, and Padma Lakshmi. The couple celebrated their nuptials at the 82 Mercer space, which was organized by planner, Bryan Rafanelli.
